You are our key link in the process of patent procedures
What you will be doing as a Patent administrator
You look after and monitor the various processes within the several business units, such as patents, trademarks, designs and intellectual property services. You ensure all formalities are met during the granting procedure. You are the first point of contact for agents, clients and authorities.
You are responsible for ensuring that the final documents reach the appropriate official bodies and agents abroad. On a daily basis, you work with important deadlines and client terms, therefore it is important that you work accurately. You support companies in protecting their inventions, knowledge and intellectual property. You know your way around the EPO online filing. In addition, you are aware of trends and developments in the field of intellectual property. Also, you actively support your new colleagues by training them.
Requirements:
In addition to a completed higher vocational training Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of administrative work experience. We also are on the lookout for you, if:
