What you will be doing as a Patent Attorney
As a patent attorney, you play an important role in bringing innovation to the market. Thanks to the combination of your technical expertise and your legal skills, you deal with varied patent issues at national and international clients. Every day you explore different topics for a wide variety of clients. You will be focusing on clients in the software and AI industry.
You have a strong personality who can impart knowledge and experience across the team when required but who can also show consistent high work output. You advise inventors, heads of research, in-house attorneys and commercial leaders. You help them protect their inventions, knowledge and intellectual property. You actively support them managing and developing their patent portfolio. You work closely with your team to achieve the best results. You will work in a matrix team structure, with other attorneys within your team and at various stages of qualification and experience.
Your professional qualities
Apart from a completed Master or PhD in the field of physics, electronics or mathematics, or a more narrow one. You must have a keen interest in the fields of telecom, software and AI, and be willing to learn new specialisms in these fields.

This is a full-time position (38.75 hours). For this role, we prefer that our new colleague works at our office in the Hague office. Eindhoven can be discussed.
